I have a Deadly Cesta and I can't apply any upgrade on it
can eny one tell me why I can't apply upgrade on it

You can't upgrade focus/shields/wands.

You cant mod wands.

That's what they are saying, only a staff can be upgraded, not a wand.

if it's one handed and ranged, then it's a wand and can't be upgraded.
